Job Title: Temporary Accounting Specialist
Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 2-3 Months
Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Specialist for a temporary position in Boca Raton. This role is 100% onsite and will last for 2-3 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying billings, processing pay requests, and handling various accounts payable (A/P) tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify billings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process pay requests and manage accounts payable tasks efficiently.
- Perform data entry of client invoices, credits, and payments.
- Verify and process applications for credit.
- Assist with light accounting and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to take an at home excel assesment
