Overview
Wolf is seeking an experienced Business Development, Senior Manager professional to join our growing and well-established national firm. A successful candidate should possess experience in selling Audit, Tax, and a dynamic portfolio of Advisory services including IT, Cyber, Data professional services, regulatory compliance, outsourced accounting, and other related services. Having experience in the Financial Institutions, Fintech, Private Equity/Venture Capital and Healthcare verticals a plus.
As a Senior Manager in our Business Development group, your role will include generating new business and managing accounts post sale to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across all of Wolf's Niches which include Financial Institutions, Healthcare/Life Science, Technology (SaaS, PaaS), Manufacturers/Distribution/Retailer, and Investment Management organizations (VC/PE).

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, plus commissions.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.

Responsibilities
Research:
- Profile prospective accounts utilizing technology and attending networking/professional events
- Work both as a sole contributor and directly with and utilizing Wolf's Inside Sales Group to develop key target lists and ensure accurate data capture in CRM
Lead Generation:
- Working existing professional network to identify new opportunities.
- Set consistent meetings with use of phone, email, mail and in-person contact
- Provide regular updates and reports to Director of Business Development on all activities
- Liaise with Wolf Niche leaders, Wolf's Marketing team, and the Inside Sales team to develop BD campaigns targeting new account acquisition and expand knowledge of potential service offerings and intelligence on desired targets
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Development experience
- Knowledge of Audit, Tax, IT Audit, and Cyber
- Experience working at regional or national CPA firm or like organizations
- Experience selling to CXO (more particularly - CFO, VP Finance, CIO, CISO, Risk Officer)
- Minimum 5+ years proven track record of hitting yearly sales goals
- Proven record of projecting a professional image and developing a book of business
Preferred candidates will have the following additional qualifications:
- Experience selling to Financial Institution, Healthcare, VC/PE and Fintechs
- Specific corporate experience in CPA, Healthcare, Technology, MD&R, and/or Investment Management
- Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Crunchbase and other CRM tools
