Assist project managers in overseeing light commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project time-lines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Participate in progress meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Support project managers in managing subcontractor agreements, change orders, and project closeout processes. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
