The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Business Analyst with a background in business process design and development, software application design, testing and quality assurance to join our team supporting an important a Department of Justice agency in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise software applications to meet business needs. The Business Analyst will be a member of an agile team, analyzing current business processes, assist developers to configure and build software applications using PeopleSoft, and ensure the quality of the final solution. Candidates should have strong verbal and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Understand client business needs and requirements
Understand the current system and how it functions
Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirements
Upgrade and modify applications per business needs
Creating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines.
Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years experience
Must be a US Citizen
Must have TS clearance
Available to report to client site in DC 3 times a week
Desired:
Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies
Experience with PeopleSoft Federal HRMS is a plus

Pay Range
: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $66,100 - $135,600
