Associate Attorney

The Attorney will defend businesses and individuals in various liability matters such as premises, property, auto and bodily injury. Responsibilities Perform case analysis and advise clients Take and defend depositions, draft and argue dispositive motions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Client reports Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel Qualifications Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
