HR Business Partner – Bilingual (Spanish) The QTI Group is partnering with a Milwaukee-area client to hire a fully bilingual HR Business Partner . Reporting to the HR Manager with dotted-line connection to the Corporate HR team, you will have on-site plant responsibility for employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, coaching leadership, HR processes and procedures. This is an opportunity to build leadership and management capabilities and enhance the employee experience while providing insight on the people-impact of business decisions. Responsibilities include: Champion workplace safety in partnership with the EHS Manager, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and programs. Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, including hiring, training, retention, and workforce planning. Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and improving workplace morale, productivity, and retention. Coach and mentor managers on performance management, employee development, and HR compliance to reduce legal risks. Represent the company at unemployment insurance-related hearings and investigations. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes, including offer letters, employee transfers, and exit paperwork. Support training initiatives and employee engagement activities to meet business needs and improve retention, including stay interviews and exit interviews. Facilitate onboarding program and ensure completion of new hire paperwork. Maintain accurate HR data and administer employee life cycle processes, including data entry, offer letters, separation paperwork, discipline, attendance management, performance reviews and administering benefits programs like safety shoes, safety glasses, uniforms, etc. Serve as a resource for employees on payroll questions, general benefit questions, employee engagement activities, and other employee questions. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 3 years of HR experience including employee relations, recruitment, new employee orientation, compliance, and talent development. Manufacturing experience is a plus Fully bilingual and fluent in English/Spanish required. Experience working in and maintaining data in an HRIS such as Ceridian, UKG, etc. Valid driver’s license required as occasional travel between plant locations within the Milwaukee area will be expected.
