We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in payroll and benefits administration, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional HR support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and at least five years of relevant HR experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities : Payroll Administration : Process and oversee accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now. Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. Benefits Administration : Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ACA, COBRA, and ERISA. HR Operations : Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Compliance and Reporting : Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices. Prepare and submit required reports related to payroll, benefits, and compliance. General HR Support : Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts as needed. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in an HR role, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. Technical Skills : Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is preferred; however, candidates with proficiency in other payroll and HR software systems are encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
