SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy, procedure adherence, scheduling, and conflict resolution. He/she strives for continuous improvement and has a strong background with leadership and interpersonal skills in a Manufacturing environment. The HR Generalist builds strong relationships with company managers to help them with their Human Resource needs. Responsibilities: Provide advice, guidance and assistance to all management and supervisory staff on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs. Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records. Administer employee training and development programs, including, providing HR on-boarding, and assisting in training to all levels of employees as needed and making recommendations and updates as needed. Create employee engagement plans and initiate activities. Business continuity planning and implementation. Work closely with management and employees to promote strong work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts. Performing investigations, compiling & recording data for reporting and effectively handling and resolving employee issues. Assist with payroll process and benefits administration. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities. Administers coaching/counseling and/or discipline as appropriate. Maintains a positive and effective relationship with the workforce to accomplish business goals. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 2 years of experience working in Human Resources - Manufacturing Experience with ADP & AMG; HRIS Preferred. Strong PC, Excel, Word, and Power Point skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills
