Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Part-Time Data Coordinator to work for our client in the Retail Industry. Apply now for consideration Contract: W2, February 2024 - May 2024 (Extension Possible) Location: Reynoldsburg Ohio, 43068 Pay Range: $19-20.69/hour DOE Brief Summary: The DEI Data Coordinator will support key workstreams tied to corporate indexes, benchmarking, and recognition efforts for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion office. This role emphasizes data collection, research, and project management to enhance the team’s delivery to the business. Responsibilities: Collect and organize data from various sources and systems. Build sustainable data tools within existing platforms to optimize reporting. Review and analyze data for trends, making recommendations to improve dashboards and outputs. Assist the DEI team with ongoing assignments and project management tasks. Research and address missing or inaccurate data submissions. Identify trends in index data that prompt corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 Years of Working Experience Data Collection and Mining experience Experience with HR Indexes or Index work as it relates to DEI Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills and reporting platform expertise. Strong organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day obligations and longer-term responsibilities. Proven problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
