Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates. Foster a positive work environment and promote safety awareness among all team members. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically on projects valued at $20 million or more. Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and budgeting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
