Select Source International is hiring: Manufacturing Engineer in Plano

Designation: Manufacturing Engineer

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (100% Onsite)

• Duties: Support a new product, design and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple variables; Analyze complex problems and identify their impact/ establish probabilities/ draw conclusions reflecting broad business needs/ set complex process requirements.
  Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards. Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
• Experience: 2- 5 years manufacturing engineering experience. Design, working with statistics, Prior medical device manufacturing engineering experience is mostly preferred. May consider candidates with 2-3years experience, BUT must have background & experience.
• Preferred Experience: Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings. Ability to lead and motivate peers, drive change and problem solve with creativity. Software validations/ Writing protocols & reports, knowledge in developing new process
• Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential; Experience in FAT, commissioning & validation of manufacturing equipment
• Education: Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical or Computer Science or related engineering or scientific field.
