Our client is a well-established and growing Commercial Real Estate Organization and they are looking to hire a property accountant and a development accountant asap. Who : Well-established and growing Commercial Real Estate Organization What : Property Accountant with MRI When : Immediate Need Where : REMOTE Why : Newly created position Salary for the Property Accountant : Base salary is up to $60k-$75k, plus bonus and excellent benefits Salary for the Development Accountant Base Salary up to $85k plus bonus and excellent benefits Property Accountant: -In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including -Processing AP/AR and payroll, Performing CAM Reconciliations -Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates) Requirements : -BS in Accounting -CAM Reconciliation experience -MRI Software
