Job Description

• Daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain GL for individuals, foundations, trusts, and partnerships
• Capital calls and distributions
• Reconcile brokerage accounts
• Monitor cash and liquidity
• Prepare year-end tax filings

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of accounting experience - public or public and private mix
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred or working towards a CPA
• Family office experience a plus
• Investments familiarity
• Experienced in K-1 activity and capital calls
• Self-starter
