Job Details:

• Position: Environmental Service Technician (Janitor)
• Type: Per-Diem, 1099
• Hourly Rate: $18.00-20.00/hour
• Weekly Hours: 4-8 hours/week
• Schedule: 2-4 evenings/nights a week (flexible, must be after office closing)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties according to established protocols and schedules.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established timelines.
• Flexibility to work evenings/nights as required.
