- 8-10 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Proven experience managing high level stakeholders (VP's and above)
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience with event planning and calendaring such as booking rooms, scheduling meetings and organizing events, such as off-site meetings and catering
- 8+ years of experience with expense management
- Extensive experience with Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Day to day:
A fortune 100 company is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. You’ll review and approve various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements, as well as corporate records and reports. Your day will involve reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and planning their distribution. You’ll also prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, in addition to handling travel arrangements and meeting planning.
