THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Operations Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our channel operations, enabling our partners to succeed and driving revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Channel Program Management:

Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the channel partner program. Ensure smooth onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support for partners. Define and enforce program policies, processes, and guidelines. Performance Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders and partners. Build dashboards and reports to monitor channel KPIs (e.g., pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and partner engagement). Partner Relationship Management:

Serve as the operational point of contact for channel partners, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with partners to align on operational goals and mutual success metrics. Foster strong relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align channel strategies and streamline workflows. Support sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and co-marketing activities. Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate partner payments and incentives. Tools and Process Optimization:

Manage channel-related systems, tools, and platforms (e.g., PRM, CRM). Identify and implement improvements in channel operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Provide training to internal teams and partners on operational tools and best practices. Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or a related role in the SaaS industry. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and SaaS go-to-market strategies. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and PRM platforms. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A collaborative mindset with a focus on driving results and partner success. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
