Sr. Analyst (Live Anywhere)

You will be joining a team working on multiple initiatives focused on building algorithms and dashboards for our internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate data and results into insights, actions, and recommendations
- Basic data analytics with large volumes of data - pull and organize via Python (basic cleansing and importing)
- Liaison and partner with offshore team
- Apply filters from dashboards in order to tell a story with data
- Build basic ML algorithm (regressions/forecasting)
- Collaborate with team members (Engineering, UX, and Product Management) to create solutions
- Forecasting models will be completed by technical resources and you will need to analyze and visualize the output to make sense of it for the business

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years as an Analyst or Senior Analyst
- Experience working in a retail, e-commerce or digital analytics
- SQL - can write from scratch, manipulate complex queries, stored procedures
- Python - basic cleansing, importing data
- Basic data visualization in Excel, Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to Machine Learning - Building Regression or Forecasting Algorithms
- Experience with insight generation - collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to gain new understanding and generate insights
- Experience telling a story with data and communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical end users
- Can provide proven examples where they have found correlations or trends with data to drive recommendations
- Experience with JIRA or similar tracking tool
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
