We are searching for a Technology Manager to lead our Identity Governance platform and supporting services. As the Identity Governance Technology Manager, you will be at the forefront of securing and governing our user identities, ensuring our technical capabilities are optimized and in a continuous improvement cycle.A DAY IN THE LIFE QUALIFICATIONS• Lead the delivery of our Identity Governance strategy, focusing on efficient management of the user lifecycle. • Lead and support a team of identity governance professionals to deliver against our Identity Governance roadmap while empathetically fostering a healthy team culture. • Oversee the implementation and operation of our identity governance platform. • Develop, monitor, and enforce identity governance processes. • Partner with technology teams and business leaders to ensure seamless integrations across the enterprise. • Drive continuous improvement cycles to further enhance our user access review program roadmap. • Drive security improvements and human efficiency gains through automation. • Manage relationships with vendors and business partners. • Ensure platforms are hardened in alignment with security policies and best practices. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of combined hands-on IAM technology leadership. • Proven experience managing Identity Governance tools such as Sailpoint IIQ. • Experience and expertise in regulatory compliance standards (SOX, PCI, etc.). • Excellent collaboration, delivery, and team building skills. • Ability to manage, support, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment. • Proven expertise in IAM technologies, identity governance processes, and risk management. • Strong ability to build healthy relationships across teams and with stakeholders. • Strong security acumen, balanced by keen understanding of the need for business flexibility and agility. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills – both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendorsMUST HAVES• Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.• Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.• Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.• Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.• Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriouslyCompensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  annually $$145,700-$191,200 the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
