Identity and Access Management (IAM) program is a core security service supporting enforcement of identity governance controls. The IAM program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar technical acumen and diligent collaboration among our leadership. We are currently searching for a Program Manager to enhance our security programs and drive excellence in managing privileged access across the organization.A day in the lifeThe Program Manager oversees the Project Managers, Analysts, and Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program delivered via agile and/or waterfall methodologies. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Privileged Access Governance and Management (PAM) program.Enforce PAM policies and practice standards.Collaborate with IAM technology managers, engineers, and program managers to optimize privileged access control designs and ensure healthy control operation.Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.Develop and provide PAM requirements education to system owners.Define and maintain KPIs to track effectiveness and compliance with the PAM policies and standards.Serve as the single point of contact for all PAM program initiatives and outcomes.Support and align with Governance, Risk, and Compliance PAM related initiatives.Effectively manage and communicate program processes and interdependencies as they relate to broader technology activities.Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure clarity on prioritization of program requirements.Requirements8+ years of project and/or program management experience.2+ years of privileged access governance or privileged access management process design and execution.Experience evaluating or designing security controls related to privileged access management.Proven ability to drive centralized governance over decentralized functions.Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements (SOX and PCI DSS) and security frameworks (NIST, Cobit, ISO, etc.).Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Experience with PAM technical controls (secrets management, SSO, MFA, etc.).Ability to successfully navigate limited resources with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization.Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePointStrong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.GRC or security audit experience a plus.must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 to $178,700 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
