District Manager
for our growing business. As the District Manager you will be responsible for several Food Service operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensures adherence to company’s food quality and merchandising standards, and the proper management and maintenance of company resources and assets Manages the District in compliance with established company policies and procedures, and in conjunction with the Vice President's guidance Performs operational audits of district units and designs improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity Monitors and ensures development of realistic and accurate forecasts at the unit level and develops realistic and accurate District forecasts Ensures favorable financial performance to company and client budgets Ensures adherence to company brands, programs, services and centrally directed strategic initiatives Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience managing P&L food service operations ServSafe certified and HAACP knowledge Ability to review and make decisions based on financial analysis Demonstrated ability to develop menus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites Strong negotiating skills Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
