Responsibilities
Add Documentation of guidelines, processes, best practices Align and implement Office 365 security hardening as per guidelines provided by JLLT Quarterly goals Implement and enforce Office 365 security and compliance best practices, such as data loss prevention, encryption, retention, and governance. Conduct and facilitate Office 365 audits, assessments, and remediation activities, and report on the results and recommendations. Manage and administer the Office 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, groups, policies, and settings as needed. Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 issues and incidents, and escalate as needed. Lead and manage Office 365 projects, such as migrations, integrations, and enhancements, and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as business users, IT teams, vendors, and partners, on Office 365 related matters. Stay updated on Office 365 trends, developments, and best practices, and provide guidance and training to the IT team and the business users. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 7 years of experience in Office 365 administration, security, and compliance. Strong knowledge and skills in Office 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AD. Experience in Office 365 security and compliance tools and frameworks, such as Microsoft 365 Security Center, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, Microsoft Secure Score, and Microsoft Cloud App Security. Experience in Office 365 audits, assessments, and remediation activities, such as Microsoft 365 Compliance Manager, Microsoft 365 Data Protection Baseline Assessment, and Microsoft Service Trust Portal. Experience in Office 365 project management, such as planning, executing, and controlling Office 365 migrations, integrations, and enhancements. Certifications in Office 365, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, are preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Estimated total compensation for this position:
