As a Product Manager in the Payments Product Catalog team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for the authoritative source for product data including general product definition data, regional availability information, eligibility and suitability rules, and configurable attributes required to implement Payments products. You will partner closely across Client Service & Implementations, Operations, Technology, business transformation leadership, product owners, and technology to identify inefficiencies in our product ecosystem, design product solutions necessary to integrate systems, and deliver next-gen technology for provisioning B2B financial products. Job Responsibilities:

Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers. Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Investigate and define detailed current state and target state data flows across front, middle, and back office applications. Rationalize data requirements across stakeholders and applications; identify and resolve gaps in data requirements. Write Jira stories and epics in support of data integration product development, adhering to agile hygiene standards. Analyze complex data issues, understand requirements, review data analysis, make recommendations, and facilitate group discussions with stakeholders to syndicate proposed solutions. Develop data integration subject matter expertise and use this expertise to support partners with the strategy and execution of technical and business deliverables. Attend product and tech integration stand-up meetings as well as facilitate discovery meetings to understand business processes, technology, integrations, and business objectives. Assist in evaluating new data sources for consumption into strategic data sources as well as necessary data validation and rules. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area. Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. Experience leading discussions with Technology teams to define, refine, and test solutioning requirements. Experience building RESTful APIs for system-based integrations. Business architecture design and data modeling experience. Experience leading current-state analysis to identify pain points and transformation opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate business and technical concepts to expert and novice audiences. Experience in agile methodologies and a basic understanding of JIRA. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization. Bachelors' degree in a technical discipline (such as BIS, MIS, or Computer Science). Experience documenting user journeys and creating wireframes. Experience building reporting dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, and Alteryx. Experience working with Treasury Services products.
