Sr Director Global Business Excellence
Sr Director Global Business Excellence oversees the store operations and regional business excellence teams. Responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures to increase operational effectiveness, develop strategies for customer satisfaction, maximizing long-term store and
distribution center
performance, training branch managers, and designing strategies to increase profits. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship. Program Management for Business Excellence: Collaborate with Leadership Teams and cross-functional Gold Enterprise teams to develop and execute the Enterprise Gold roadmap. Lead self-assessment processes and establish baselines for continuous improvement. Drive transformation initiatives, including communication, learning, and change management. Identify opportunities and execute specific plans to enhance program performance. Personnel Management: Mentor Business Excellence leaders in establishing a culture enterprise wide that cross-functional teams center on Provide comprehensive training to Regional Business Excellence leaders and branch staff on best practices and standard operating procedures. Foster knowledge sharing across the organization by leveraging leading practices from other businesses. Operations Management: Influence sales, profits, and operating metrics through effective leadership and teamwork. Oversee the rollout and functional support of key operational programs, including Business Excellence, DC & Branch Internal Audit, Fraud Prevention, and Dangerous Goods compliance. Resolve operational bottlenecks and provide recommendations to Senior Leadership. Collaborate across functions to address branch and
distribution center
issues related to systems, security, loss prevention, credit, and business processes. Support Real Estate team in branch layout, site selections, and new branch openings or relocations. Branch Oversight: Work closely with Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and branch employees to improve operational performance metrics (revenue, gross profits, operating income, inventory management, etc.). Ensure compliance with operating policies across ADI branches. Analyze regional and individual branch performance, prioritizing areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional Leadership Teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Distribution Center & Support Center Oversight: Work closely with DC Managers and Support Center site leaders to improve operational performance metrics (productivity, cost, and Gold program achievement) Ensure compliance with operating policies across ADI distribution centers and support centers Analyze distribution center and support centers for prioritizing areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional Leadership Teams to drive data-driven decision-making. YOU MUST HAVE: Lean Expert or Black Belt Certified in Six Sigma. Proven business experience in distribution and/or retail environments. ERP Systems Expertise in Distribution Software. 10+ years of experience inside of similar sized business leading Business Excellence type programs. WE VALUE: Business acumen. The typical base salary for this role ranges from USD $224,110 to $389,890 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience. This role is eligible to participate in the Resideo Bonus Plan (RBP) subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. You can earn an annual bonus of 20% of your annual salary. This percent will be prorated based on your hire date. Business performance against pre-established financial goals for the fiscal year will determine 100% of the bonus payment amount. If your first day of eligibility under the Plan is after November 1st, you are not eligible for an RBP payout in March of the following year.
