** This position is a 3 month contract starting on January 6th **

The Role
Fidelity's Testing and Reporting Services (TRS) team is seeking an Agility Associate with defined contribution experience. The Agility Associate is responsible for assisting Plan Sponsors through the process of submitting their Nondiscrimination Testing, which includes the NDT questionnaire, uploading data, and clearing data validations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 5+ years of Nondiscrimination Testing experience working on complex plan issues
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as needed
• Advanced Excel skills
• Manages multiple tasks effectively
• Prioritizes and organizes tasks to maximize efficiency
• Handles distractions/interruptions well
• Great focus and attention to detail
• Ability to learn multiple program applications at the same time
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and implement what you learned in your daily work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, articulate, and expert communication skills (and experience)

The Team
Fidelity's Testing and Reporting Services completes and provides Plan Year End Summary Reporting, Annual Nondiscrimination Compliance Testing, Form 5500 completion and Audit Support for the plan's year-end audit.
