As an Audit Senior Analyst you will provide independent and objective audit and advisory services that help Fidelity manage risk, improve customer service, and enhance business performance. Our primary motivation is to drive positive change throughout the firm.\u00A0 \u00A0 The Expertise and Skills You Bring \u00A0 BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.\u00A0

Professional audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and/or registration/licensing preferred.\u00A0

3-5 years of external and internal audit or related experience, preferably in financial services.\u00A0

Developing knowledge of audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts, and trends\u00A0

Team player who takes initiative and works constructively with others to achieve team goals.\u00A0

Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities and workload.\u00A0

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.\u00A0

Commitment to innovative, collaborative, and digital working style.\u00A0

Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\u00A0

Hands-on work style and \u2018can do attitude with a strong desire to make things happen.\u00A0

Knowledge of the brokerage business including retail and/or institutional client product offerings and services and industry regulations preferred.\u00A0

Knowledge in IT general controls is a plus.\u00A0

\u00A0 The Team \u00A0 \u00A0 The Audit Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing business and/or integrated audits in support of Fidelity s businesses. Key areas of focus include developing hypotheses around risk and controls, providing input to the development of the integrated audit plan, and collaborating with a successful team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:\u00A0 Works with business and technology management to build an understanding of complex functions.\u00A0

Workflows end-to-end business processes and supporting technologies, highlighting risks and controls embedded throughout the function.\u00A0

Leverages audit automation tools in the evaluation of business operations and systems.\u00A0

Performs audit test work including organizing and analyzing data, testing controls and documenting results.\u00A0

Applies strategic and data analytics concepts, principles, and techniques to more efficiently and effectively identify control deficiencies.\u00A0

Draft audit reports that provide a clear description of issues identified, related implications to the business or enterprise as a whole and management action plans to resolve the issues.\u00A0

Builds deep working relationships with audit teams and clients.\u00A0

The base salary range for this position is $64,000-$121,000 per year. \u00A0 Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. \u00A0\u00A0
