Fidelity Labs is seeking a Principal Content Designer on an exciting fintech team and the opportunity to work across Labs. As a key teammate, this role will deliver product and marketing content. The ideal candidate is passionate about translating sophisticated financial concepts into understandable and compelling writing, grounded in compassion and thoughtfulness.\u00A0\u00A0

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

\u00A0 Expert writing skills and ability to align with brand and style guidelines \u00A0

8+ years of work experience in some combination of content design, UX design, content strategy, copywriting, or similar role in a related field \u00A0

BA/BS degree in English, creative writing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience \u00A0

The ability to partner with peers (researchers, designers, and product managers) to understand the customer and to design effective content \u00A0

Ability to self-motivate, stay organized, and self-manage time and tasks \u00A0

Good listening skills and the ability to communicate content design rationale to key partners outside of the design team (such as business, legal, technology teams) \u00A0

Ability to create and document new processes and thrive in ambiguity with flexibility

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$179,000 per year. \u00A0 Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. \u00A0\u00A0
