Bilingual Customer Service Representatives - HIRING ASAP
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
On-site training, then REMOTE
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Job Highlights:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally in both English and Spanish.
Meet departmental standards for call volume and documentation accuracy.
Member Assistance:
Assist members and providers with questions and concerns.
Help members find providers/services and arrange transportation.
Address pharmacy issues and billing/claims inquiries, including resolving claims.
Administrative Support:
Verify member eligibility and provide benefit quotes.
Assist with referrals and member health assessments.
Help members close gaps in care and access community support services.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
