Analyst St. George, UT Contract-to-Hire: $30-$32.50 per hour / $60-$65k annual salary Our client is in search for It Service Desk
to join their growing team. You will answer ticket request via Jira and resolve IT issues for users. The majority of work will be done remotely but you will need to occasionally come into their St. George office. Required Skills: 1+ years of Service/Help Desk experience Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook, etc.) Familiar with different various operating systems (
Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android) Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid Drivers License

Jira experience, especially Jira Admin experience You like to play Magic the Gathering
