Marketing Project Manager
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution of various ASEA marketing initiatives, including communications and events, with a primary focus on promotional projects for both regional and global campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. Attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The Marketing Project Manager reports to the Manager of Marketing Project Management.
Responsibilities: Manage and track multiple simultaneous projects, timelines, and schedules using Workfront, ASEA's project management platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects, review scope documents, and review or create project charters. Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders company-wide. Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to allocate resources and ensure project completion. Advocate for and implement project management best practices across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently while keeping team members informed of milestones and challenges. Experience in the Direct Sales or Network Marketing industry is a plus. Experience with product promotion strategy is a plus. Experience with Workfront or similar project management platforms is a plus. PMP Certification is a plus. Occasional travel may be required.
