This position is responsible for the hands-on full life-cycle recruitment of all roles across the organization to ensure that viable candidates are sourced through cutting edge and innovative processes to fill vacant positions in a timely manner. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and partners with Hiring Managers to deliver the highest level of customer service on recruitment, posting, sourcing, job description alignment, and employment best practices.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of (3) three years of clinical recruitment experience. Expert level knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG Preferred Certification through SHRM or HRCI preferred Strong proven knowledge of HR and Employment laws, regulations and best practices Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office 365 Professional communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hands On Full Life Cycle Recruitment for all roles across the organization. Manages advertising algorithms and sources for all positions. Updates the Clinical Position Control and fosters proactive relationship with all Hiring Mangers and Candidates Conducts intake meeting to ascertain all aspects of the role for recruitment and sourcing Evaluates applicants and administers pre-screen contact for all recruitment positions Schedules interviews for the hiring managers Avoids legal challenges by understanding employment laws and regulations Ensures vacant positions are posted accurately and timely with proactive posting language Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates Organizes and Participates in community outreach events such as job fairs and associations relative to the position Creates and maintains internal job notifications for internal candidates Prepares offer letters and provides onboarding information to the Credentialing and Onboarding Specialist to ensure timely onboarding of the new hire Ensures excellent understanding of the organizational structure and positions within the organization Participates in the success of the goals and objectives of the human resources department Other duties as assigned. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Strong proven knowledge of HR and Employment laws, regulations and best practices

Expert level knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG Preferred Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs. Professional communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates Expert knowledge and understanding of job description development Expert level of understanding and utilizing of applicant tracking systems Expert level computer skills including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS and Microsoft products Possesses excellent proactive interviewing skills Maintains excellent communications skills, especially over the phone Excellent organization skills Maintains a results driven attitude #GHSJobs
