Purpose :
This is a hands-on opportunity that will allow the intern to be an active participant on our production team while gaining valuable knowledge and skills along the way.
Expectations : Adhere to Cincinnati Reds Organization Policies and Procedures Act as a role model within and outside the Cincinnati Reds Organization Performs duties as workload necessitates Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Meet Department productivity standards Essential
Responsibilities :
Working as an active member on our Game Day crew as part of the Cincinnati Reds Production Department in efforts to put on an exciting and engaging atmosphere at Great American Ballpark. Be an active member on various productions, assisting our full-time staff Editing content that will primarily but not limited to the in-park video boards. Responsible for logging and maintaining organization of game-day highlights throughout the season. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Available to work all Cincinnati Reds home games for the 2025 season. Schedule can be found at reds.com/schedule Knowledge and understanding of the work flow and environment of a live production control room Knowledge of show cameras, XPression and Dreamcatcher is a plus. Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop Knowledge of the Sony FX3/FX6 The ability to mic talent and record good audio levels Capacity to handle a variety of projects in a changing environment Ability to learn quickly Ability to pay close attention to details Ability to work independently An understanding and knowledge for baseball Work Environment:
Flexibility in scheduling is required and will involve some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a vehicle for traveling to offsite shoots Working conditions will vary from interior to exterior depending on the day's agenda. Please Note:
