Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians. Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and maintenance tasks. Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Develop and implement service schedules and plans. Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee the training and development of service technicians. Manage service contracts and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor and control service department budgets and expenses. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Requirements Local presence in Los Angeles, CA. Stable work history with a proven track record in HVAC service management. EPA Universal Certification. Clean driving record. Extensive experience with large-tonnage applied HVAC equipment, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems. Strong leadership and team management skills.
