About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. Rate Range: $55-$57/Hr Job Description: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux/Ubuntu systems, DevOps practices, and a variety of tools to automate and streamline our operations and processes, including Terraform, Terragrunt, and Azure. Years Experience: 10 years relevant experience in DevOps, 3-4 years in Linux based Build and release management Skills Required and Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure using Linux-based systems. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Terragrunt to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Source Code Management : SVN, Git, GitHub Migration Skills: Code Migration from SVN to GitHub Package Management: Azure Artifacts/Nexus/Ubuntu Repos Cloud Services : Azure & AWS Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk. Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration to manage and deploy applications. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline issues. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
