Sephora is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer on their Client Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable thriving in ambiguity and have the flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment. This role will be managing a wide range of devices and operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Linux. In addition, the engineer will collaborate with other technical teams to triage support tickets and serve as a service desk request escalation point. The role requires knowledge of standard IT best practices, policies, and procedures, which include, but are not limited to IT security, computer operations, and change management. The ideal candidate will hold themselves and others to a high bar on providing the first-class service. A technical mindset, and the willingness and ability to explain technical concepts to those who are less technical is essential to this role. Requirements: 5-10 years of experience SCCM Current Branch experience (2-5 years) Cloud Application Management/Configuration Proven ability to document process Experience working with L1/L2 teams Technical Training, degree, or Industry Certifications Experience in Retail Services technical support a plus Technical Requirements Requirements: Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 MacOS Linux (Plus) Understand deployment methodologies for the above Operating Systems SCCM CB Management Proven experience managing patching Building applications/packages for deployments Understanding of Co-Management (Intune) Operating System Deployment (OSD) Microsoft Office Deployment and updating best practices Active Directory Azure AD On-Prem Active Directory experience Group Policy Must understand the best practices around building and maintaining GPO in both a corporate and retail environment. Management of Client Systems Endpoint Management experience Microsoft Endpoint Manager Workspace One Software Deployments Tools Technologies currently used: System Center Configuration Manager Current Branch Workspace One AirWatch Scripting experience PowerShell REST/API (must understand concept of using this methodology) Documentation of process ITIL Training or Knowledge. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution, and able to provide root cause documentation.
