We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to Nuvem as a Product Owner/Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products related to 340B that meet the needs of our customers. Hybrid Role - 3 days in office (T-TH) Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation. Act as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives and priorities. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most up-to-date and valuable features for the product. Work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly, providing clarifications and making trade-off decisions when necessary. Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing input and feedback to continuously improve the development process. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet the specified requirements and acceptance criteria. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and business analysis, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our product development process. EOE Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience working as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus. Experience with healthcare data or healthcare software such as interoperability or EMRs is preferred. Salary Description $95,000.00 - $125,000.00
