Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Field Specialist to be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of approximately 10-15 regional events each year. You will manage all logistics, vendor contracting, and pre/post-event communications, while ensuring smooth onsite event operations. Your role is critical in creating seamless experiences that build our brand presence, engage our audiences, and drive business outcomes. This role will report to the Head of Demand Generation. Key Responsibilities: Event Logistics & Planning: Coordinate all logistics for events including travel, accommodations, equipment, and materials. Create and manage event timelines, task lists, and production schedules to ensure timely execution. Conduct site visits, determine event layouts, and oversee venue setup to ensure alignment with event goals. Research and negotiate contracts with venues, AV providers, caterers, and other event vendors. Pre/Post Event Communications: Coordinate internal and external event communications including invitations, confirmations, and follow-up messaging. Work with the marketing team to develop event-specific materials such as brochures, signage, and promotional items. Onsite Event Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all event-day logistics, ensuring smooth operations from setup to teardown. Troubleshoot issues in real-time and manage the flow of activities to ensure a seamless attendee experience. Provide direction to on-site staff, vendors, and partners to ensure the event runs efficiently. Post-Event Reporting: Collect and analyze event performance data, including attendance, engagement, and feedback. Provide detailed post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to measure the overall ROI of events and capture key learnings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years events planning or field marketing experience. Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
