Job Description The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for optimizing the use of Salesforce within the organization. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 3 years of business experience, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce. Proven experience in bot development, including knowledge content management and deployment. Customer service experience within Salesforce, particularly with bot platforms. Experience working in a technology center, providing solutions and business analysis.
