Python Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, cloud services (AWS), and automation with a focus on developing RESTful services, handling large data sets, and implementing DevOps best practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and deploy high-performance, production-ready code, with a focus on Python. • Build and maintain RESTful services and APIs to support distributed systems. • Implement and support highly resilient, multi-tiered systems within AWS environments. • Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, S3, and CloudWatch. • Work with container and serverless architectures (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, ECS). • Automate tasks using scripting languages, including Python and shell scripting. • Manage infrastructure with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Chef, following Infrastructure as Code principles. • Maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and ensure code quality. • Perform root cause analysis, triage issues, and maintain system scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science). • 5 years of software development experience, primarily in Python, with experience in NodeJS or Java. • 2-4 years of experience in deploying and supporting multi-tiered distributed systems. • 2 years of experience in AWS cloud development and migration. • Proficiency with unit testing frameworks and source code repositories (Bitbucket, GitHub). • Experience with CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing large datasets with query languages and visualization tools. • Proven ability to maintain system scalability and resiliency. Education: Bachelors Degree
