Department: 500 Corporate Marketing Administration Job Summary: The Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to meet organizational goals. The manager will lead a team involving strategic planning, collaboration, and ensuring campaigns align with organizational goals. Oversee IBC Bank website - collaborate with lines of business to ensure every page has optimum and to the minute information. Work with all CEO's and marketing liaisons to provide branding and promotion of all IBC products and services corporate wide. Supervise creative design team to provide impactful ads and images for various media channels. Final proofread and review of content and design; oversee distribution. Organize, coordinate, and execute collateral needs for all markets. Oversee and negotiate contracts on billboards, advertising, and any other media channels as needed. Huddle with digital team to oversee digital media strategies and metrics and future items. Attend and lead weekly and monthly meetings collaborating with internal teams or relevant campaign committees to review ongoing digital media campaigns. Prepare and present presentations/reports related to discussing the digital media metrics, calendar of events, special projects, and officer presence at events. Review budget allocations on all digital media spends and approve marketing invoices. Translate website content, letters, and other communication from IBC from English to Spanish. Coordinate with external translation vendors for extensive projects. Able to plan, collaborate and execute campaigns from start to finish. Capable of assembling teams and working with others to obtain maximum performance from everyone. Works well under pressure producing optimum results in a timely manner. Quick to learn all aspects of banking products, services, and customer engagement. EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Communications At least three years' experience working in or supervising marketing, required Must possess vast knowledge of all social media channels. Possess experience working with all Adobe platforms, all Microsoft platforms and knowledge of graphic design. Experience in copywriting and able to proofread content for all platforms
