Join Metro Physical Therapy's Talent Acquisition Team as our first Clinical Sourcing Specialist! We are seeking an innovative sourcer with a knack for identifying top clinical talent. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will provide dedicated support for our critical clinical positions in a highly competitive physical therapy space. We are looking for a motivated individual to help fuel our top of the funnel to support high volume recruitment goals. Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, proactive, creative thinker with deep sourcing abilities for hard to fill roles. You will bring your expertise in utilizing modern/untraditional sourcing techniques, with an emphasis on social media.

What You'll be Doing!
Crafting Talent Pipelines:
Build and nurture relationships with clinical professionals to ensure a robust talent pool. Strategic Sourcing:
Utilize cutting-edge tools to source candidates for various clinical roles, optimizing our recruitment process. Implement new sourcing technologies and methods to find hidden gems in the PT workforce. Candidate Engagement:
Develop engaging communication strategies to attract and retain the best in the PT field. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and sustain connections with passive candidates to create a ready-to-hire talent pool. Networking & Outreach:
Build and maintain an extensive network within the healthcare community. Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions and professional outlets to tap into emerging talent. Employer Branding:
Work closely with marketing to promote Metro as the employer of choice for Physical Therapists. Market Analysis:
Stay ahead of industry trends to inform our sourcing strategies and keep Metro at the forefront of clinical excellence. What We Offer!

Min. 2 years of healthcare recruiting, with a focus on competitive sourcing Experience sourcing for Physical Therapists is highly preferred High technical proficiency, including the use of social media and niche sourcing platforms Familiarity with modern internet recruiting/sourcing techniques Proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Collaborator with a desire to learn Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, etc Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and possess excellent customer service Strong organizational and follow up skills
