OneSource, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology services and solutions provider, is seeking a seasoned

Senior Business Development Consultant

to drive our expansion into next-generation 5G and Private Cellular Network solutions. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored technological solutions that address our clients' unique needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development:

Prospect for new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and close deals.

Proactively identify and target potential clients through consistent and strategic marketing and prospecting efforts.

Solution Selling:

Develop and present compelling proposals that address client needs and highlight the value of our 5G and PCN solutions.

Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions that address their specific needs. Collaborate effectively with engineers, operations leaders, and sales teams to promote the value of our product and service portfolio.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services, exceeding client expectations.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns and promotional materials.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client deliverables.

Effectively communicate plans, progress, and results to diverse audiences, including internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and clients. Track sales activities, client interactions, and progress using lead generation, CRM and prospecting processes and systems. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership.

Travel as required to clients and prospects, trade shows, industry events, etc., as needed (approximately 25% travel) REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required, as candidates with appropriate prior sales experience will be considered. Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the technology sector.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business suites for efficient communication and collaboration. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and emerging technologies like 5G and PCN. Familiarity with distributed antenna systems (DAS) and neutral host technology.

Soft Skills:

Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
