Timeline: Application Window: November to February 2025 Interviews: February 2025 to April 2025 Summer Program: June 2025 to August 2025 Location: National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. - Seeking local candidates only. Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week

Major Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders, partners, the in-house IT organization, and other technology partners to maintain the website and build innovative solutions to improve the customer experience and HVAs. Manage new maintenance tickets to update the website and Amazon Autos. See the tickets through from beginning to end. Research Amazon Sellers and understand best practices on Seller Central. Provide one innovative idea that the site lacks or could improve on. Create an assignment summary and presentation on how it will benefit the business. Sit in on creative, UX, functional requirement, and UAT meetings to provide fresh eyes on projects. Sit in on organizational meetings to understand the business and organization. Meet with other business units. Review SureCritic comments to hear where customers are getting stuck and looking for improvements. Research other OEMs and Brands to see what new web tools or experiences exist. Additional Notes:

Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2025 Local to NHQ (no relocation or housing will be offered) Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship Hybrid schedule (onsite 3-4x per week, depending on business/project need) Visa sponsorship is not available Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Compensation: $25.00/Hour Education
