This job is primarily responsible for providing a broad range of communications and marketing direction to the assigned company within our organization. In this job, you will: Work collaboratively with a diverse team to assess customer needs and deliver value propositions tailored to customers based on market, customer and category analysis. Work with company executives on establishing best practices with communication/documents, and update said documents, such as Code of Conduct, as needs arise. Collaborate with Learning Solutions Team to develop and execute timely training modules to sales team for completion. Manage the internal division wide engagement initiative that supports and conveys the division's overall mission and goals to salaried and hourly employees. Provide executive sales team with writing and editing support for all outbound customer/prospect communication efforts including letters, news releases, PPTs, surveys, and other communication as required. Establish clear guidelines on trade show appearances, including a complete plan, execution and evaluation of each show. Establish a clear plan for producer marketing meetings, including branding and follow-up methods, evaluate and revise plan(s) as needed. Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness and adherence to brand guidelines, and create new printed promotional material as needed for assigned division, company, and/or overall organization. Oversee social media for the division including Facebook, Twitter, and other outlets as desired. Communicate policy to designated administrators and ensure compliance by monitoring activity. Oversee web design and development, ensuring current and relevant content on advertising space to coincide with the production cycle of our customers. Work with legal team to ensure proper documentation and compliance on items such as contracts, logos, trademarks, trade show giveaways, and more. Manage community sponsorships and appearances, news and media appearances, and speaking engagements. Other duties as assigned. Here's what you'll need to be considered:
Education
Required - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Experience
Required - 5 years' experience in corporate communications and marketing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization. Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Design Programs. Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization. Strong and resourceful problem solving skills. Strong work ethic, organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently. Ability to maintain an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.

Physical Demands & Requirements
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.

The physical environment requires the employee to work mainly inside where there are limited extremes to heat and/or cold; moderate noise; a normal office environment; may occasionally work or travel outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
