  • Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Respond to complex client and customer inquiries, non-routine problems and ensures client satisfaction with products, benefits and services.
  • Coordinates with Strategy Manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted.
  • Keeps Strategy Manager informed of account status and opportunities
  • Makes on-site presentations to existing clients and customers to educate and inform.
  • Involved in new account installations.
  • Owns or facilitates the account’s open enrollment strategy.
  • Assists to make sure Brio meet the needs of internal and external demands of clients.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of strategies and policies relating to client management.
  • Provides input that positively impacts financial results
  • Ensures exceptional service and growth through the development of a high performing team

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years retirement industry experience
  • Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses preferred
  • Life Accident and Health Licensing required
  • Knowledge of business and retirement products strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information to a variety of audiences

  • Systems Management - Client information is managed in a CRM and rhe role requires usage of other systems.

Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more. 

Salary range is $85K to 95K per year. based on experience
