- Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- Respond to complex client and customer inquiries, non-routine problems and ensures client satisfaction with products, benefits and services.
- Coordinates with Strategy Manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted.
- Keeps Strategy Manager informed of account status and opportunities
- Makes on-site presentations to existing clients and customers to educate and inform.
- Involved in new account installations.
- Owns or facilitates the account’s open enrollment strategy.
- Assists to make sure Brio meet the needs of internal and external demands of clients.
- Assists in the development and implementation of strategies and policies relating to client management.
- Provides input that positively impacts financial results
- Ensures exceptional service and growth through the development of a high performing team
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience required
- 4+ years retirement industry experience
- Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses preferred
- Life Accident and Health Licensing required
- Knowledge of business and retirement products strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and explain technical information to a variety of audiences

Salary range is $85K to 95K per year. based on experience
