For more, visit VAIResort.com The Role We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing IT operations, ensuring a smooth experience for our users. Your focus will be on device management, user support, and maintaining IT resources. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for all in-house applications and equipment, assisting users with technical issues as they arise Facilitate the setup and deployment of PCs and Macs for new team members and system upgrades, ensuring they are ready for immediate use Manage and maintain the Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring effective tracing and resolution of technical support requests Provide expert support for Mac and Windows PCs, addressing hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operation Administer Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution to ensure systems are regularly updated and patched for optimal security and performance Manage the inventory and purchasing of IT supplies, ensuring all necessary resources are available for daily operations Handle the creation and management of user/group accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and permissions Monitor and manage software licensing to ensure compliance and effective utilization of software resources Duties may change once Resort is operational The Ideal Candidate Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware, as well as Helpdesk best practices Strong focus on providing high-quality service and ensuring user satisfaction Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure efficient operations Ability to create accurate documentation for all IT processes Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support or Helpdesk management, preferably in the hospitality industry Proficiency in using Helpdesk software, IT management tools, Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, Mac Networking skills preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on reports and systems Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Proficiency in handling IT equipment and tools with precision and care Good vision and hearing to monitor systems and interact with team members Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 Benefits: VAI Resort recognizes the value of benefits to team members and their families.
