Job Title: TFC Cleanroom Operator
Job Description
As a TFC Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for completing daily machine setups, tracking machine output and equipment downtime, compiling daily reports for supervisors, making minor machine adjustments, and troubleshooting. This role requires you to be comfortable wearing latex gloves all day, and in some departments, you will need to wear face masks and cleanroom attire. You must be able to lift materials weighing over 40 pounds and be willing to stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day. You will be cross-trained on multiple machines, and your responsibilities include moving materials around the manufacturing floor and lifting materials into machines for output/input. You need to have a commitment to longevity, follow directions, and perform morning stretches as part of the daily routine. Responsibilities Complete daily machine setups requiring basic computer literacy. Track daily machine output and equipment downtime. Compile daily reports for supervisors. Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues. Wear latex gloves all day; some departments require face masks and cleanroom attire. Lift materials weighing over 40 pounds. Cross-train on multiple machines. Move materials around the manufacturing floor. Lift materials into machines for output/input. Wear gloves and a surgeon mask all day. Essential Skills Basic computer literacy. Ability to lift over 40 pounds. Comfortable wearing latex gloves and face masks. Ability to stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day. Commitment to longevity and following directions. Additional Skills & Qualifications No experience required but helpful. Good attendance - works on a 10-point system. The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing setting where you will stand throughout your shift, which can be 8-12 hours long. Daily metrics are tracked, and the work involves highly repetitive short-cycle assembly. The dress code is casual, but close-toed shoes and provided eyewear are required. There is potential for career advancement into lead or controller positions based on performance. Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. Job Type & Location
