We are looking for Infrastructure Manager to be talent focused and data driven.

In this role, you will aid in building and bringing the Talent Management competency to Infrastructure. Your contributions will include the attracting, acquiring, deploying, developing and retainment of talent. Partnering with other Technology Leaders; you will aid in advancing Infrastructure within the organization.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages staffing strategy and ensure teams have Talent they need, and that Team Members are 100% dedicated, and that Teams are long-lived.
  • Conduct and standardize performance reviews, goal alignment and career pathing combining inputs from a variety of sources (HR, LD for example)
  • With relevant HR partners, coordinate acquiring, hiring and onboarding high-performing Talent.
  • Utilize Talent Analytics to assess, develop and deploy talent capabilities.
  • Have familiarity with systems Talent is engaged on.
  • Build and deploy data-driven strategies to attract, deploy, develop and retain talent.
  • Drive data-driven strategies aligned to Accelerate Metrics to drive elite engineering practices.
  • Bring Infrastructure discipline to design and problem solve.
  • Evangelize best practices in alignment with our Infrastructure practices.
  • Enables, cultivates and infuses organizational culture model.
  • End-User Focus
  • Partner across MRO roles to drive incremental improvements and conflict resolution to improve team effectiveness and team health using data-driven techniques.
  • Partner with other leaders to ensure consistency across the department
  • Partner with Architecture to understand Infrastructure principals and aid in driving data driven improvements.
  • Partner with Vendors on talent needs feedback and deployment.
  • Create zero dollar approaches to upskilling talent at an organizational level.
  • Actively involved in Scrum Ceremonies (as applicable).
  • Develop and maintain an excellent track record for developing and growing teams in multiple business areas.
SKILLS:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years working in Infrastructure or similar role
  • Track record for leading command center activities and/or creating improvements in processes, communication and staffing.
  • Track record for building long-lasting infrastructure teams
  • Experience in Agile a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, managerial skills, and a proven track record for driving system improvement.
