About the Role:
Title: Medical Customer Service Rep
Location: Work from Home! (Live within 60 miles of Houston, Texas)
Equipment: Company provides
Internet: You must already have high-speed home internet set up (Speed: 25+ mbps download and 10+ mbps upload required)
Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST (30 min lunch)
Mon - Fri
Job Duties:
- Place high-volume outbound calls to medical facilities.
- Request medical records.
- Meet hourly production goals.
- Work with assigned team manager to ensure goals are being met.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Navigate call center software.
You are a great candidate for this role if you:
- Have experience with outbound calls.
- Have prior customer service experience.
- Are detail oriented and organized.
- Able to use a computer and type over 20 WPM.
- Enjoy repetitive and goal oriented work.
- Don't mind being coached and receiving constructive criticism.
- Have a quiet home office environment set up.
