Data Entry Clerk Job at Insight Global in Ridgefield Park

Compensation:

18-21/hr

Must Haves:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role can substitute for lack of degree
• Or minimum/internship experience with associate or bachelors degree
• Basic Excel skills for data entry and processing
• Ability to understand and apply return policies
• Attention to detail to validate serial numbers and product information
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers

Plusses:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience working with shared inboxes and processing customer requests

Day to Day:

• Responsible for reviewing and processing customer return requests that come into a shared inbox
• Validating that return requests are within the company's return policies
• Checking serial numbers and product information in the system
• Communicating with customers to approve, reject, or request additional information on return requests
• Entering approved return requests into the system
• Will work closely with returns reconciliation team to coordinate on any post-return issues or discrepancies
