Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Haslet, TX
Compensation: Starting at 24 per hour

About the Company:
Our client, a prominent medical equipment company recently relocated to Haslet, TX, is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring order accuracy, efficient workflow, and a safe, well-organized environment for the team.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead will coordinate and manage day-to-day warehouse functions, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing. The successful candidate will provide guidance to warehouse staff, ensure a safe and organized environment, and play a key role in training and supervising team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, focusing on shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns.

  • Supervise and coordinate tasks for warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient completion.

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and supplies, placing orders as needed.

  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

  • Train, guide, and supervise staff, including onboarding new hires.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment.

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
